Wooden Bar Stools

Learn how to make this simple DIY bar stool completely out of 2×2 lumber for about on Modern Builds. This is an easy project for beginner builders and can be done in an afternoon. This is my take on the “Easiest Bar Stools Ever!” by Rogue Engineer. I wanted to design a stool completely from 2×2’s. You can add wood glue for rigidity as well.

  1. There is no way finish nails is going to hold up for the top slats support. Good build otherwise.

  2. Made a couple of these lovely little stools for my bar table! So easy and did each one in a day. A little uncomfortable on the ol' bum, but nothing a cushion wont fix. Thanks for the awesome vid!
